Bondar Junto McLaren Vale GSM brings together Grenache, Shiraz and Mataro, with a dash of Counoise and Carignan. Its name junto is Spanish for 'together'.

The fruit is handpicked from old vines. Gentle handling continues into the winery, where it is fermented with wild yeasts and some whole bunch inclusion. The wine is then aged in seasoned French oak barrels.

Crimson red, Bondar Junto McLaren Vale GSM is a fresh, bright wine with plush red fruit flavours and Mataro spice. Cellaring potential is three years.
