Pyrette Heathcote Shiraz
Wine
Bindi Pyrette Heathcote Shiraz is sourced from a vineyard at Colbinabbin on the Mount Camel Range near Heathcote, from the site's highest block.
The picking date is carefully chosen to capture fruit vibrancy. The intention is to produce a wine of regional authenticity that has fragrance, vitality and finesse.
The grapes are wild fermented in open vats with partial whole bunch inclusion. The wine matures for a year in new and seasoned French oak.
Deep red, Bindi Pyrette Heathcote Shiraz has vibrant dark fruit flavours, soft tannins and a long finish. Cellaring potential is seven years.
