Bindi Original Vineyard Pinot Noir is made with grapes from the winery's quartz riddled and gently north sloping Original Vineyard planted in 1988.

Organically farmed, the vines are managed without herbicides or pesticides, utilizing under vine cultivation and rigorous hand canopy management. After wild fermentation the wine spends 16 months in French oak.

Ruby red, Bindi Original Vineyard Pinot Noir is refined, spicy and fragrant with a silky, pure taste. Cellaring potential is seven years.
