Kostas Rind Chardonnay
Wine
Bindi Kostas Rind Chardonnay is a tribute to Kostas Rind, the Lithuanian teacher who introduced the Dhillons to wine. It is a descendant of Bindi's first wine, the 1991 Chardonnay.
The grapes are wild fermented in new and seasoned French oak. The wine remains in barrel on yeast lees over winter. Racked eight months after vintage, the wine returns to barrel for a further three months before bottling.
Pale straw, Bindi Kostas Rind Chardonnay is intense and minerally with refined texture and length. Cellaring potential is seven years.
