Pinot Noir
Wine
Bay of Fires Pinot Noir is handpicked from several of Tasmania's leading cool climate grape growing locations – Pipers River, Coal River Valley, Tamar Valley and Derwent Valley.
Across many vintages these vineyards have developed to maturity. To preserve their unique character, parcels are handled separately. The wine sees some whole bunch fermentation and matures in French oak.
Brilliant purple, Bay of Fires Pinot Noir is elegant and supple with power, intensity and length. Cellaring potential is eight years.
