Arras Blanc de Blancs

Bay of Fires Arras Blanc de Blancs is sourced from outstanding Chardonnay vineyards across southern and south-east Tasmania. Each location brings its own nuances of character to the fruit.

The grapes are gently whole bunch pressed. Primary fermentation is on light lees, followed by malolactic fermentation. Once clarified, the wine is blended to style and matured in the winery's cool, dark cellar for eight years.

This sparkling wine typifies the attributes of its premium Tasmanian vineyards, careful fruit selection, meticulous winemaking and its eight years on lees.
