Wine
Baileys of Glenrowan Durif is a cross of Shiraz and Peloursin which prospers almost exclusively in north-east Victoria. It is a traditional north-east Victorian style.
The fruit is handpicked and the wine made using traditional methods, including open fermentation and pressing in a century old basket press. It is predominantly matured in seasoned American oak.
Impenetrable purple, Baileys of Glenrowan Durif has ripe berry flavours, assertive tannins and a long, spicy oak finish. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
