Cabernet Sauvignon

Arlewood Estate Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from 36 rows of Houghton clone Cabernet, grown on the estate vineyard at Forest Grove in Margaret River.

Much of the work in the vineyard is done by hand, carefully controlling yields to ensure flavourful grapes. At the winery the juice ferments in tank and spends three weeks on skins. It then matures over two years in new and seasoned French oak barrels.

Bright garnet, Arlewood Estate Cabernet Sauvignon has concentrated dark fruit flavours, delicate oak and a persistent finish. Cellaring potential 10 years.
