Thomas Wines Synergy Semillon is a blend of select parcels of old vine Hunter Valley Semillon. Each parcel has its own distinctive character, yet they work in synergy.

The wine is comprised of batches of Semillon declassified from the winery's single vineyard releases. Each one is made with a 'keep it simple' philosophy, the thumbprint of the winemaker always deferring to the character of the vineyard

Pale yellow green, Thomas Wines Synergy Semillon has generous fruit flavours and a long, taut acidity. Cellaring potential is seven years.
