Stella Bella Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from the winery's Luminosa and Karridale Vineyards in southern Margaret River, known for its crisp, cool temperatures.

Most of the fruit is pressed to tank. The remainder is specifically selected for barrel fermentation in seasoned oak. This portion also sees bâtonnage, or lees stirring, to build interest.

Pale straw, Stella Bella Sauvignon Blanc has vibrant fruit flavours, fresh acidity, supple texture and savoury barrel complexity. Cellaring potential is two years.
