Best's LSV Shiraz is made with Shiraz and a small amount of Viognier from two elevated vineyards on Great Western's southern side.

Inspired by some of the world's great red wines, the Shiraz and Viognier are co-fermented. In typical Best's style, winemaking intervention is minimal and the use of oak is kept light handed.

Garnet purple, Best's LSV Shiraz has red and blue fruit flavours, vibrant acidity and fine tannins. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
