Wine
Bannockburn Riesling is mostly sourced from the winery's original site planted in 1976 by the legendary Gary Farr. The remainder is from 2015 planted vines.
The grapes are whole bunch pressed and the juice is settled overnight. A portion is cold fermented in tank to enhance the wine's freshness and drive. The remainder ferments in seasoned puncheons to build texture and complexity.
Pale straw, Bannockburn Riesling has ripe citrus and stone fruit characters, subtle texture and mineral length. Cellaring potential is seven years.
