All Saints Estate Pierre is a blend of traditional Bordeaux varieties, mainly Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with a small amount of Cabernet Franc.

Each variety is picked and fermented separately in traditional wax lined open concrete vats. The ferments are hand plunged 2-3 times daily.

After pressing in the winery's 1870s basket press, the wine is aged for 24 months in French oak, a mix of new and seasoned barriques and puncheons.

Deep ruby red, All Saints Estate Pierre is medium bodied with generous berry flavours and soft, fine tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
