Classic Rutherglen Muscat
Wine
All Saints Estate Classic Rutherglen Muscat is made from a clone of the oldest and noblest variety of Muscat, Muscat a Petits Grains Rouge, or Brown Muscat.
Parcels of wine are aged for a decade or more in oak. Older stocks are then carefully blended into younger stocks, producing a wine with an average age of over 15 years.
Rutherglen, the birthplace of fortified Muscat in Australia, uses a classification system to mark the progression of richness and intensity. The blend age of this wine places it in the Classic tier.
Brown with a green tinge, All Saints Estate Classic Rutherglen Muscat balances youthful fruit characters with aged complexity.
Having fully matured in barrel, it is made to be enjoyed soon after release.
