TED Andrew Edward Chardonnay
Wine
Bird in Hand TED Andrew Edward Chardonnay, made for the Tribute Series, is the winery's top tier Chardonnay. It is grown in the Adelaide Hills, enjoying the maritime influence of Gulf St Vincent.
The fruit is whole bunch pressed directly to French oak. After fermentation, the barrels are left to mature for 14 months, the longest maturation of Chardonnay undertaken at Bird in Hand. The final blend is comprised of only the best parcels.
Pale yellow, Bird in Hand TED Andrew Edward Chardonnay is intensely flavoured with delicate texture, restrained oak and long length. Cellaring potential is five years.
