Billy Button The Happy Gewürztraminer draws primarily from the Souter Vineyard, one of the oldest vineyards in the Alpine Valleys. Fruit from the King Valley completes the blend.

The grapes are chilled overnight, then basket pressed as whole bunches. The juice is wild yeast fermented with solids in seasoned oak. After six months resting on lees, the wine is blended, clarified and bottled.

Light yellow, Billy Button The Happy Gewürztraminer is a floral, textural and spicy wine with tropical fruit flavours and bright acidity. Cellaring potential is three years.
