Wine

Dalwhinnie Three Valleys Pinot Noir is as its name suggests sourced from three Tasmanian sites – the Huon, Lower Derwent and Coal River Valleys.

The parcels of fruit are fermented and matured separately in large format French oak. There is minimal winemaking intervention. After 10 months, the wine is blended and bottled.

Deep garnet, Dalwhinnie Three Valleys Pinot Noir has bright fruit flavours, mineral acidity and fine tannins. Cellaring potential is four years.
