EVOI Reserve Margaret River Malbec is made with handpicked fruit from the estate vineyard at Wilyabrup, located in the heart of Western Australia’s Margaret River.
The fruit is fermented with natural yeasts and pressed to French oak barrels. Malolactic fermentation and 12 months of maturation follow. The wine is made only in very limited quantities.
Deep purple, EVOI Reserve Margaret River Malbec is full bodied and savoury with intense fruit flavours and firm, spicy tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
