Keeping individual parcels separate, the fruit is fermented and matured in seasoned French oak for one year. The barrels are blended just before bottling, following a precise tasting profile.

Deep red, Domaine Naturaliste Discovery Cabernet Sauvignon is medium bodied with bright red fruit flavours and soft, silky tannins. Cellaring potential is five years.
