Provenance Henty Pinot Gris is sourced from Henty in the south-west corner of Victoria, the coldest winegrowing area on the Australian mainland.

The winemaking is driven by the overarching Provenance philosophy that wines should showcase their origin. Post ferment, the wine matures on yeast lees to smooth the coarse texture of the Pinot Gris variety.

Straw gold, Provenance Henty Pinot Gris has spicy apple and pear flavours with a persistent thread of acidity. Cellaring potential is three years.
