Chandon Vintage Blanc de Blancs is made with Chardonnay from three estate vineyards in each of the Strathbogie Ranges, Whitlands Plateau and Yarra Valley.

Parcels from each vineyard are pressed and fermented separately to amplify their unique characteristics. A tiny proportion is fermented in small, seasoned oak barrels to build complexity.

Select batches are chosen for blending. Adhering to the French méthode traditionnelle, the wine is then sent to bottle for secondary fermentation and three years of maturation on yeast lees.

Pale straw green, Chandon Vintage Blanc de Blancs has bright acidity, soft texture and subtle spicy oak. Best soon after release.
