Eperosa L.R.C. Greenock Shiraz draws from a single row of vines that once denoted the boundary between two properties at Greenock in the Barossa's north-west.

At the winery, the winemaking is stripped back to basics including open ferments, wild yeasts and basket pressing. A tiny percentage of Riesling adds a natural element of acidity to the wine.

Red purple, Eperosa L.R.C. Greenock Shiraz's rich fruit flavours are given depth by spice and savoury tannins. Cellaring potential is 12 years.
