Dandelion Vineyards Legacy of Australia Pedro Ximénez XXXO is made to honour Carl Lindner, a renowned Barossa Valley personality and lifelong champion of old vine fortified wines.

Dandelion Vineyards draws on rare Pedro Ximénez stocks, first fortified by the Lindner family in 1944. The winery nurtures these extremely old parcels, hand blending them into the final wine which is then bottled without fining or filtration.

Deep amber, Dandelion Vineyards Legacy of Australia Pedro Ximénez XXXO is a sweet, rich wine with candied fruit and marmalade flavours and a complex, drying finish.

Having already completed its ageing, it is best consumed soon after release, and within a week after opening.
