Helm Wines Premium Cabernet Sauvignon draws from the Lustenberger Vineyard beside the winery's own site in the Canberra District, a locale known for its affinity with Cabernet.

The wine is only produced when the vintage yields exceptional fruit. The grapes are cold soaked and fermented with a quarter kept as whole bunches. After over two years ageing in new and seasoned French oak, the bests casks are selected for blending.

Deep red, Helm Wines Premium Cabernet Sauvignon has rich dark fruit flavours and soft, spicy oak tannins. Cellaring potential is 15 years.
