Polish Hill River Shiraz

Pauletts Polish Hill River Shiraz is grown in the Clare Valley's Polish Hill River locale, where hot summer days tempered by cool nights produce flavourful fruit.

The grapes are picked after a long ripening period. After fermentation and pressing, the wine matures in a mix of French and American oak for 15 months, then prepared for bottling.

Deep red purple, Pauletts Polish Hill River Shiraz has dark fruit flavours, soft oak influence and fine but firm tannins. Cellaring potential is five years.
