Singlefile Single Vineyard Fumé Blanc is Sauvignon Blanc made in the traditional Bordeaux style. The grapes are grown in Western Australia's Great Southern region.

The fruit is crushed and settled. Most of the juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by several months of maturation on lees. However, a portion ferments in new French oak to balance the pure fruit characters.

Bright straw, Singlefile Single Vineyard Fumé Blanc is a soft, textural and complex wine. Cellaring potential is five years.
