Wyjup Collection Riesling

Plantagenet Wyjup Collection Riesling is made with select parcels of fruit from the Wyjup Vineyard at Mount Barker, harvested at night while the grapes are cold.

The whole berries are gently pressed, then the clear juice is separated and racked to tank. It ferments to complete sugar dryness at cool temperatures with a Champagne yeast strain.

After resting on its lees for three months, the wine is then racked, fined, stabilized and bottled early to preserve freshness.

Pale straw, Plantagenet Wyjup Collection Riesling has pure citrus flavours framed by minerality and coiled acidity. Cellaring potential is seven years.
