Poonawatta The Eden Reserve Riesling, made only in ideal seasons, is a selection of the best bunches of fruit from the winery's The Eden Vineyard.

The grapes are hand harvested with high levels of natural acidity. Only the free run juice is taken for fermentation. The wine then matures on light yeast lees prior to bottling.

Very pale yellow, Poonawatta The Eden Reserve Riesling has pure citrus flavours with pristine acidity. Cellaring potential is seven years.
