Geelong Chardonnay

Provenance Geelong Chardonnay draws fruit from sites specifically chosen for their affinity for Chardonnay based on soil characteristics, weather conditions and elevation.
The fruit is whole bunch pressed. Its free run juice is fermented with wild yeasts in a mix of new and seasoned oak, followed by maturation on lees. The best parcels are then selected for the final blend.
Straw green, Provenance Geelong Chardonnay has intense fresh fruit flavours surrounded by subtle oak and laser-like acidity. Cellaring potential is five years.
