Richings Cabernet Sauvignon

Rosenthal Richings Cabernet Sauvignon is named after Gerald and Marjorie Richings, who planted the original Rosenthal vineyard on the rich, loamy soils of their cattle stud.

The wine is only made in years where the fruit is considered to be outstanding. The fruit is destemmed and crushed prior to open fermentation. Once pressed, the wine matures in new and seasoned French oak barrels.

Deep crimson purple, Rosenthal Richings Cabernet Sauvignon is full bodied and driven by dark berry flavours with a fine tannin finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
