West Cape Howe Porongurup Riesling is made with fruit grown in Great Southern's Porongurup area. The grapes are carefully monitored on the vine prior to picking.

Harvested in early March only the free run juice is taken and fermented, with temperatures kept cool to retain the delicate fruit characters. The wine is bottled unfined.

Pale lemon yellow, West Cape Howe Porongurup Riesling has fresh citrus flavours and crisp natural acidity. Cellaring potential is seven years.
