Ministry of Clouds Clare Valley Riesling is sourced from several Clare Valley sites including terra rossa soils in Watervale and rocky soils in Penwortham.

The Riesling variety is known for producing crystalline expressions of where it is grown. To retain this in its pure form, the winemaking is gentle, hand picking, free run juice and cool temperatures.

Straw green, Ministry of Clouds Clare Valley Riesling has fresh citrus flavours, chalky minerality and a fine acid line. Cellaring potential is seven years.
