1000 Crowns Cabernet Sauvignon

Credaro 1000 Crowns Cabernet Sauvignon is a blend of two Cabernet clones, Houghton and Clone 191. Both parcels are from the winery's high density Margaret River plantings.

Following fermentation, the wine is put to barrel for malolactic fermentation and maturation with periodic racking. All of the oak is French, and nearly half of is new. The wine is blended and bottled with minimal intervention.

Dark red, Credaro 1000 Crowns Cabernet Sauvignon has blue and black fruit richness with ripe tannins and dusty oak lingering on the finish. Cellaring potential is 15 years.
