Ashbrook Estate Verdelho blends Verdelho fruit from two blocks on the winery's Margaret River property, the first planted in 1976 and the other in 1987.

Picking is done by hand and staggered over a week. The wine is made in a vibrant, unwooded style and fermented in stainless steel to ensure the wine retains its natural acidity.

Pale straw, Ashbrook Estate Verdelho has lashings of tropical fruit flavours, finishing crisp and dry. Cellaring potential is five years.
