Alkoomi Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon is drawn from up to 10 separate Cabernet blocks on the estate vineyards, planted in 1971.

Fruit from each block brings a distinct flavour profile to the wine. As a result, the wine produced has layers of complexity depending on the blocks selected in the final blend.

The components are matured in new and seasoned French oak for 14 months before blending and bottling.

Deep red, Alkoomi Black Label Cabernet Sauvignon has cassis flavours and smooth, silky tannins. Cellaring potential is eight years.
