Wine

Noon Winery Twelve Bells is the second label wine. It is sourced from the winery's McLaren Vale vineyards and the Borrett family's vineyards at Langhorne Creek south-east of McLaren Vale.

The wine blends Shiraz, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Graciano in varying proportions each year. The grapes are fermented in open vats.

The wine is pressed in a traditional basket press, which gently develops colour and flavour without overly astringent character. Maturation is in French and American oak barrels and large format oak casks.

After 18 months, the wine is blended and bottled with little to no fining or filtration.

Deep crimson, Noon Winery Twelve Bells has ripe red berry flavours, firm structure and a soft finish. Cellaring potential is three years.
