Rosenthal The Collector Chardonnay is sourced from premium vineyards across Great Southern in Western Australia. It represents the top tier of Rosenthal Chardonnay.

The grapes are handpicked and whole bunch pressed. The juice typically undergoes wild yeast fermentation in new and seasoned French oak prior to 12 months of maturation. The best barrels are selected to comprise the final blend.

Straw yellow, Rosenthal The Collector Chardonnay is complex and tightly structured, with stone fruit flavours and funky wild ferment notes. Cellaring potential is five years.
