Mountadam Eden Valley Pinot Gris is sourced from the winery's eastern vineyards, situated on a rocky outcrop overlooking the Eden Valley. All the fruit is estate grown.

The free run component of juice is fermented in stainless steel while the pressings are fermented in seasoned French oak barrels. Post ferment, the parcels are blended in tank and the lees are stirred over three months. The wine is stabilized before bottling.

Pale gold, Mountadam Eden Valley Pinot Gris has citrus and pear flavours with underlying spicy character and a fine acidity. Cellaring potential is three years.
