Nick O'Leary Seven Gates Tempranillo consists of several parcels of Canberra District fruit including the estate vineyard in Hall Valley.

At the winery the aim is to balance the characters of the variety, the region and the Nick O'Leary style. The grapes are handpicked and whole berry fermented in stainless steel pots. The wine is then transferred to seasoned French oak to age for 10 months.

Deep red, Nick O'Leary Seven Gates Tempranillo has cherry flavours, savoury hints and persistent tannins. Cellaring potential is seven years.
