Luke Lambert Wines Crudo Rosé is a blend of Syrah (Shiraz) and Nebbiolo from a single Yarra Valley vineyard, typically harvested early.

The fruit is whole bunch pressed for a more savoury flavour profile. Its cloudy juice undergoes both primary and malolactic fermentation naturally. The wine is then stored in large French oak barrels prior to bottling without filtration.

Pale salmon, Luke Lambert Crudo Rosé is finely textured with gentle acidity and subtle earthy hints. Cellaring potential is two years.
