Wine
Eastern Peake Taché is crafted with Pinot Noir fruit grown especially for Rosé. It is sourced from the cool climate estate vineyard at Coghills Creek in Ballarat.
After resting on skins overnight the juice is pressed. Fermentation takes place with natural yeasts. The wine then remains on full lees for up to 16 months before it is sent to bottle with minimal sulphur additions and no fining or filtration.
Pale salmon pink, Eastern Peake Taché has intense berry flavours with a crisp, dry, savoury finish. Cellaring potential is two years.
