Wine

Clover Hill Tasmanian Cuvée is sourced from the winery's Pipers River vineyard in north-eastern Tasmania and the Tea Tree Vineyard in the Coal River Valley near Hobart.

The cuvée has evolved since its first vintage to include portions of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. It is typically 55% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier. It is blended to the Clover Hill house style.

The fruit ferments with partial malolactic fermentation. Clover Hill makes the wine according to the méthode traditionnelle, with secondary fermentation in the bottle. It ages on yeast lees for at least two years.

Straw green, Clover Hill Tasmanian Cuvée has crisp citrus flavours, great drive and insistent length. Cellaring potential is three years.
