Wine
BK Wines Grenache fruit is sourced from a single vineyard in Blewitt Springs, McLaren Vale. While the region is best known for its Shiraz, its Grenache is a close second.
Minimal intervention prevails at the winery. The fruit is wild yeast fermented as whole bunches. After spending one month on skins, the wine is pressed, unsulphured, to seasoned French oak puncheons to mature.
Deep purple, BK Wines Grenache is an intensely perfumed wine with savoury notes and a gritty tannic scaffold. Cellaring potential is six years.
