Bimbadgen Single Vineyard Palmers Lane Semillon is grown at the bottom of a hill on the estate Palmers Lane Vineyard. The soils are lean and sandy – ideal for Semillon.

The grapes are crushed, destemmed and settled in stainless steel. Fermentation occurs with a neutral yeast strain, the temperature kept at 15°C to maintain delicate aromas and freshness. The wine is bottled immediately after fermentation.

Pale straw, Bimbadgen Single Vineyard Palmers Lane Semillon has bright yet delicate citrus flavours and long, elegant acidity. Cellaring potential is five years.
