Willunga 100 Wines Shiraz Viognier draws from a vineyard in McLaren Flat, at the base of the hills towards Kangarilla. The blend includes around 5% Viognier.

The fruit ferments on skins for around seven days, then is pressed. Once the wine reaches sugar dryness, it is racked to French and American oak hogsheads for malolactic fermentation.

Around 18 months of maturation follows. The best parcels are then identified to comprise the final blend.

Bright purple, Willunga 100 Wines Shiraz Viognier is rich and bold in style with fine tannins and a savoury edge. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
