Wine

West Cape Howe King Billy Cabernet Sauvignon made with premium old vine fruit from the Langton and Windy Hill Vineyards in Mount Barker. It represents the winery's best batches of Cabernet.

After 14-18 months ageing in French oak, the best four barrels of the Book Ends Cabernet Sauvignon are selected to become King Billy. After bottling, the wine is tucked away for nearly four years of bottle maturation to develop complexity.

Deep dark red, West Cape Howe King Billy Cabernet Sauvignon balances dusty, rich black fruit flavours with subtle oak and silky tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
