Hanna's Hill Cabernet Malbec
Wine
West Cape Howe Hanna's Hill Cabernet Malbec showcases the partnership of Frankland River Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec. The wine is named after one of the pioneers of the region.
The Cabernet and Malbec are co-fermented to ensure seamless integration of the two varieties. During fermentation, careful monitoring and frequent pump overs extract maximum colour and flavour from the skins.
Once pressed the wine is put to barrel in a mix of new and seasoned French oak for up to 16 months before blending and bottling.
Inky crimson, West Cape Howe Hanna's Hill Cabernet Malbec has rich dark berry flavours, drying tannins and well integrated oak. Cellaring potential is five years.
