Sirromet Terry Morris Signature Collection Merlot is sourced from Queensland's high altitude Granite Belt region, which was formed by an ancient tectonic uplift.

The fruit sees pre-ferment cold soaking to intensify its flavour. Cool fermentation is initiated with wild yeasts and completed with cultured yeast. The wine is then matured in French and American oak barrels.

Violet red, Sirromet Terry Morris Signature Collection Merlot has rich ripe fruit flavours with firm yet silky tannins. Cellaring potential is four years.
