Singlefile Great Southern Riesling is sourced from vineyards across Great Southern in Western Australia. The cool climate allows the grapes to ripen slowly.

Parcels of free run juice undergo a long and slow cold fermentation in a stainless steel tank to preserve their fruit character. Gentle lees stirring adds subtle texture to the wine.

Pale straw green, Singlefile Great Southern Riesling has soft texture, subtle mineral undertones and a crisp finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
