Isabella Rosé
Wine
Sidewood Isabella Rosé is a blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, estate grown at an elevation of 380 metres above sea level in the Adelaide Hills.
It is named after the owners' and vignerons' daughter, Isabella Rose.
The fruit is pressed with only the free run juice used. It ferments in stainless steel tanks with full malolactic fermentation. Secondary fermentation is méthode traditionnelle in bottle.
The wine spends 48 months in bottle on lees before being disgorged for release.
Pale pink, Sidewood Isabella Rosé has fresh red fruit flavours, zesty acidity and a tangy finish. Serve chilled. Cellaring potential is two years.
